At Emma Pills, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new jewelry. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, in their original packaging, and still have all security tags attached to qualify for a return.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the parcel back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
